Misdreavus' can be had for about $80 in near-mint condition – if you're lucky enough to find one. While this card sells often, it's usually in poorer condition. If you don't care too much about the condition, you can pick this card up much more cheaply than some of the later entries.

Celebi climbs into the top tier of Neo Revelation cards, as this Pokemon's vibrant verdant color pops against a primarily black background. Celebi is a mythical Pokemon that was introduced in Johto, and remains one of the most popular Generation Two Pokemon to this day.

It holds a strong value in all conditions, as you won't find a first-edition copy of this card for less than $40, the price of a damaged copy. Celebi continues to be celebrated by collectors of all kinds, as not even a concerning condition can stop this Pokemon.

Raikou rests in a relaxing seated position, as it enjoys its place among the most valuable cards in Neo Revelation. Raikou is the first of the legendary dog (or cat) trio to appear thus far and is neck-and-neck with Ho-oh for supremacy.

Unlike Ho-Oh, Raikou's value is confirmed by a recent near-mint sale at $249.98, giving a clear indication that this card's price is what the market will bear.

5 Suicune (Holo Rare) – $279.00

Suicune stands tall as the second member of its trio to appear, jumping ahead of its counterpart Raikou to the tune of a $30 increase in value. Suicune, like Celebi, is an extremely popular card that commands relatively high value in all conditions, making it one of the most expensive cards in Neo Revelation.

Suicune has one of the most solidly defined markets of any Neo Revelation card, as a handful of both LP and NM-condition cards have sold in recent times, ranging from $181 to $300.

Magikarp isn't a loser today, as the card that claims the top spot is related to this poor little goldfish.

While you won't find many clean copies of this card that haven't already been sent in for grading, they are out there, as a sale at $449 for a near-mint copy of this card sets the market price. More data will be needed to confirm that valuation, but it's likely to stay in that range when another one sells.

1 Shining Gyarados (Secret Rare) – $852.99

Rising High Above The Rest

The Shining Gyarados stands tall as the most expensive card in Neo Revelation and easily the most iconic Gyarados artwork of all time, as the terror felt by that poor fisherman is evident.

The legacy of shiny Gyarados lives on throughout Pokemon TCG history, as it also appeared in BreakPoint, one of the most valuable sets in the Pokemon X & Y era.

This card rarely appears ungraded in near-mint condition, so the TCG Market Price is little more than an estimate based on an LP sale at about $700, though $850 seems like a fairly accurate number.
