Pokemon Go is hosting Go Fest 2024: Madrid this year, a live event featuring countless exclusive bonuses. For those who are not attending this in-person event, there will be the Spelunker's Cove Event, featuring several Pokemon that will be available during Go Fest 2024: Madrid.

The latest Pokemon Go season brings several changes and additions to the Go Battle League - here's all you need to know!

The Spelunker's Cove Event will be available to all players for four days this month, spanning from Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 10am local time to Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 8pm local time. There will be several notable features and bonuses that come with this event; read on to learn everything there is to know about them.

Pokemon Go Debut: Shiny Crabrawler

Crabrawler's Shiny variation will be available for the first time in Pokemon Go with the Spelunker's Cove Event. During the four days of this event, you will have the opportunity to encounter Crabrawler as a wild encounter, One-Star Raid Pokemon, and as a research reward.

Event Bonus

For this event, there will only be one bonus active, available for all players to benefit from.

During the Spelunker's Cove Event, you will receive twice the Candy when catching any Pokemon. Make sure to adventure and catch as many Pokemon as you can during this event, taking full advantage of this bonus.

Further the Candy you earn from this bonus by using the Pinap Berry or Silver Pinap Berry before catching Pokemon.

Doing so will increase the Candy obtained when catching any Pokemon.

Event Research

Paid Timed Research

You will have the option of purchasing Timed Research for the Spelunker's Cove Event, costing $1.99 USD at the Pokemon Go in-game shop. Completing the tasks for this Timed Research will reward you with:

• 20 Crabrawler Candy
• Crabrawler encounters
• Five Premium Battle Passes

Once you have purchased this Timed Research, you will only have until the end of this event to complete it and claim its rewards.

Event Field Research Task Encounters

Collect different Event Field Research Tasks by visiting and spinning PokeStop Photo Discs during the Spelunker's Cove Event. You will be rewarded with event-themed Pokemon encounters for completing some of these tasks, giving you the opportunity to catch one of the following six Pokemon.
