Falinks is getting its own Raid Day in Pokemon Go, debuting its Shiny variation for the first time in this game. Like other Raid Days hosted previously, Falinks will be the featured Pokemon throughout this one-day event, allowing you to participate in several Raids against this Pokemon during the event window.

Featured Pokemon: Falinks
With Falinks being the featured Pokemon for this Raid Day, you can expect to find them in the majority of Raid locations during this event, appearing more frequently than usual. Additionally, this event will make the debut of Shiny Falinks in Pokemon Go, a rare variation that each Pokemon possesses.
As with any Raid Day, Falinks encountered as a Raid reward will have increased chances of being Shiny during this event. Make sure to take advantage of the high volume of Falinks Raids during this event, giving you great odds of encountering and catching its Shiny variant.
Raid Day Bonuses
There will be two different bonuses that all players will benefit from during the Falinks Raid Day, both allowing you to complete more Pokemon Go Raids during this event. These bonuses include:
- You can obtain five extra free Raid Passes from spinning Pokemon Gyms.
- The Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 20 (Saturday, September 7, at 5pm PDT to Sunday, September 8, at 8pm PDT).

You will also have the option of purchasing the Event Ticket for the Falinks Raid Day, unlocking additional bonuses for all that purchase the ticket. This Event Ticket will cost $5.00 USD at the Pokemon Go in-game shop, providing you with the following bonuses:
- Eight additional free Raid Passes from Pokemon Gyms.
- Higher likelihood of obtaining Rare Candy XL after completing Raid battles.
- Double the Stardust for completing Raid battles.
- 50 percent more XP for completing Raid battles.
Falinks Raid Strategies
Although Falinks won't be a terribly difficult Pokemon to defeat, it is still important to know how to approach each of its Raid battles. First, Falinks can be defeated solo, but it is best to attempt it with at least one other player, ensuring that you are completing it quick and easily.
Additionally, you will want to use powerful Pokemon with specific attack types, maximizing the damage that you are dealing in this encounter. In the case of Falinks, this means using strong Pokemon with either Flying, Psychic, or Fairy-type attacks, dealing more damage to Falinks due to it being a Fighting-type.
