- Press every statement.
Cross-Examination: Before The Murder Was Discovered
- Press the fourth statement: "Come to think of it, a little while before Bucky showed up, Jugemo was barking like mad!"
- Present the Backstage Diagram at the new statement: "I was in the yard, but the door was wide open, so I could keep watch on the dressing room."
- Present the door to the corridor from the Yard.
Cross-Examination: Shisho's Dying Message
Close- Present Taifu's Autopsy Report at the fifth statement: "That was the master's final message, left as he was drowning in soba broth."
- Assert that Taifu's face was thrust into the bowl after the murder.
- Assert that the cards were rearranged.
- You need to look at the soba broth stains.
- You now need to place the cards where they should go - the result will spell out "Owen 4th".
Cross-Examination: In The Dressing Room
Close- Pinpoint the lack of Surprise at the fourth statement: "When I entered the dressing room, I saw Shisho slumped over the table, motionless!"
- Assert that Uendo knew about his master's death.
- Pinpoint the Anger at the fifth statement: "But something seemed off, so I rushed over to him."
- Point at the television at the top of the photo.
- Pinpoint the Surprise at the seventh statement: "Seeing him slumped over that cluttered table... *sniff*... Oh, Shisho..."
- Probe the karuta cards at the seventh statement: "Seeing him slumped over that cluttered table... *sniff*... Oh, Shisho..."
- Assert that Uendo has multiple personalities.
- Assert that the Karuta Cards now make sense.
Cross-Examination: Uendo's Alibi
- Press the third statement: "But my performance was a huge bust. Not a single soul laughed!"
- Ask what Uendo performed and have the detail added to the testimony.
- Present the Invitation at the new statement: "The story I performed is called "Tokisoba" -- otherwise known as "Time Soba.""
- Uendo was trying to deceive the court about the time of the victim's death.
- The prop is the television.
- The witness you haven't questioned yet is Owen.
Cross-Examination: About Owen
- Press the third statement: "We're always aware, so we'd definitely notice if a personality like that showed up!"
- Say you have proof.
- Point at the bottle with the camel on it.
- Present Taifu's Note at the new statement: "I had a sweet manju bun, but I didn't drink any saké."
- Present the saké bottle again.
- After the scenes, assert that you know now who the true killer is.
Cross-Examination: I Saw It
Close- Probe the Blood at the second statement: "Blood was dripping onto Shisho's face getting it all red..."
- Assert that Owen must have been lying on the floor.
- Present the Crime Scene Report at the second statement: "He was on the floor, and somebody was smooching something into his face..."
- Present the noodles underneath the victim's face.
- State that the victim must have been smothered with uncut soba dough.
- Pinpoint the Happiness at the sixth statement: "...the person who killed Shisho was standing over me..."
- State that the 'smelly perfume' reminds you of Geiru Toneido.
- Indict her.
Cross-Examination: What I Did Before The Murder
- Press the third statement: "I saw the note Shisho left, so I just left. Didn't wanna disturb 'em, ya know."
- Present the Crime Scene Report at the new statement: "I didn't see anything funny near Shisho, and I didn't touch anything in the room."
Cross-Examination: Geiru's Buckwheat Allergy
- Press every statement.
- As proof that Geiru could have killed the victim, Present Taifu's Note.
- Assert that Toneido was making udon noodles.
- In the case review sequence, pick the following options:
- Udon
- Soba
- The master's soba stock
- To hide the udon dough
- Killed him with the udon dough
- Present Simon's Statement.
