How To Unlock The Priestess Social Link
Though you'll technically have the ability to begin Fuuka's social link as soon as she returns to school following the June Full Moon operation that saw you saving her from Tartarus and battling Arcanas Emperor and Empress, it's entirely unlikely that you'll be ready to hang out with her yet unless you're playing in a NG+ save.
That's because you need to reach Level Six Courage before you're able to spend time with Fuuka. She's learning to cook as you rank up her social link, and you'll need to have Badass Courage to be brave enough to try them at her insistence.
If you're not at Level Six when Fuuka first becomes available as a social link, don't worry - she'll be available for the remainder of the game, ready to cook for you whenever you're brave enough to try her meals.
After unlocking the Priestess social link in P3R, you can find Fuuka in the 2F Classroom Hallway at Gekkoukan High.
