Foraging plants inPalia is a great way to level up your Foraging skill and make some quick change. You can find plants and flowers growing on hills and grassy fields all throughout the valley. Heartdrop Lily is an especially unique flower that rarely spawns.

The Heartdrop Lily is important for many reasons. Though rare, you will need this flower if you plan to get far in a romance. The flower does not spawn often; when it does, it is only in specific areas that are hard to reach. You will also need it to complete A Romantic Surprise quest. Here is how to acquire one of these flowers.
Where To Find Heartdrop Lily
The Heartdrop Lily will only spawn in Bahari Bay. Bahari Bay is an alternative map to the main valley you are used to. To reach the bay, you must head East to the edge of the map.
You will usually find Hodari traveling down the path leading to the Bahari Bay entrance. This is because Hodari and his daughter Najuma live in Bahari Bay.
The Heartdrop Lily can be found on different cliffsides around the bay.
For example, North of the Statue of Gardens lies jagged, short cliffs along the mountainside. You can climb just about anything, including these cliffs. The flower has a chance of spawning on these cliffs.
You will most likely find a Heartdrop Lily at night in this location. Players have had more luck finding one at night, but they can still spawn during the day, too.
Use these maps above or the list below to pinpoint the exact locations around Bahari Bay where Heartdrop Lily has a chance of spawning. Though there are multiple locations, the flower is Rare.
- The cliffs northeast and southeast in the Outskirts
- The cliffs north of Statue Garden
- The cliffs under the words Flooded Steps and southwest of there.
- The cliffs on the north side of Pavel Mines
- The cliffs equidistant between the Ancient Aquaduct and the Coral Shores
- The cliffs on the west side of Pulsewater Plains
- The cliffs right on Hideaway Bluffs
- The cliffs north of Windy Ruins
If someone else has come by and foraged a Heartdrop Lily, you will have to wait for it to respawn again.
How To Buy A Heartdrop Lily
Another way to acquire a Heartdrop Lily is to purchase one from Ashura's Foraging Guild Store. You can access this store by speaking with Ashura and selecting the store icon to the left of the dialogue.
Purchasing from the Foraging Guide Store requires Foraging Skill Medals. Skill Medals can be earned for each skill once that skill has reached Level 10.

Fishing For Answers Quest
There is one other way you can get a Heartdrop Lily. This way requires less grinding than waiting for it to spawn or earning enough Skill Medals to purchase one. All you have to do is go fishing.
A hidden quest in Bahari Bay will reward you with a Heartdrop Lily and Box of Chocolates upon completion. To initiate this quest, head to the lighthouse in Bahari Bay. The lighthouse is located East of Hodari's house. Inside the lighthouse, you will find a book on a table on the first floor.

How To Use Heartdrop Lily
Heartdrop lilies are used for romancing a villager. Once you get your designated romance candidate to Level 3 friendship, you can begin romancing them.
The only way to begin a romance is by giving the villager a Heartdrop Lily or Box of Chocolates at Level 3 friendship.
To begin a romance, Gift a villager the flower as you would any other treat.
- One Heartdrop Lily sells for 40 Gold each.
Because these flowers are so rare, you are better off storing them in a chest or using them for romance. You can earn money through other means instead of selling a rare item.
