Cozy farming games like Palia can provide hours of entertainment. Foraging can be relaxing or frustrating if you can't find what you want or if resources are a bit scarce. Brightshroom is one of the resources in this game that are a little more difficult to find.

There are a few places you can find Brightshrooms, which are used as gifts for certain villagers like Jina, and in cooking recipes. So, whether you're looking to cook the Brightshrooms, present them to your favorite villager, or use them for cooking or alchemy, here's where you can find this rare resource.
How To Identify Brightshrooms
Brightshrooms are a vivid blue mushroom that give off a faint glow. They also emit a sound almost like tar bubbling. When you get close enough to it, you'll see the name of the mushroom, and you can interact with it using the "F" key. No special tools are required to harvest these.
Where To Find Brightshrooms
First, you'll need to travel to Bahari Bay. Travel past Chapaa Crossing and head to the Whispering Banks. The main wooden bridge there leads straight to a gate that will phase your avatar into the Bahari Bay region.
Once you're in Bharai Bay there are quite a few places you might find a Brightshroom here and there, but one place tends to have multiple Brightshrooms.
There's an area with some ruins near a few puddle-like bodies of water. It's the best place to find Brightshrooms. It's halfway between Hideaway Bluffs and the Windy Ruins.
Brightshrooms are more likely to be in areas with ruins located near bodies of water.
The other locations don't usually have many Brightshrooms, but if you happen to be out and about, it might be worth a small detour to check for the blue-capped mushrooms.
The ruins at Statue Garden might have some Brightshrooms, as well as a small bit of water to the South of The Outskirts.
Tip: You can sometimes get Brightshrooms when hoeing plots of soil at your house.
You cannot put Brightshrooms into a seed collector, so you'll want to harvest these mushrooms in the wild every so often to make sure you always have some on hand for cooking and weekly gifts.
