Street Fighter 6 Players Can't Access The Deluxe Edition On PlayStation

Street Fighter 6 players who pre-ordered the deluxe edition of the game say they're stuck with the standard version, as PlayStation appears to have an issue with its storefront. This also appears to be the same issue that Diablo 4 players are experiencing, and it's not clear when a fix will be rolled out for all of those who have been affected.
Just a day after its launch, Street Fighter 6 players share that they are missing content that they paid extra for, with no way to redeem what's meant to be included in the deluxe edition of the game. There's a potential fix floating around, but we haven't heard anything from official channels yet, so those of you unable to play the game you purchased may have to remain patient if it doesn't work.

If you're experiencing this issue, you're not alone. A bunch of fans have taken to the Street Fighter subreddit to report the bug, revealing that their £79.99 deluxe edition orders are not going through. Even though that amount left their account, PlayStation is saying it hasn't been purchased, leaving them with the cheaper standard version.
Thankfully, Reddit user gunkokoko has shared a possible fix that worked for them, so we'll drop the steps below:
- "Turn on your PS5, and log in to your account
- Download the "PS App" on a mobile device
- Open the app, and log in to your PSN account
- On the main view, press the "Game Library" button at the bottom, and then select the SF6 icon
- On the SF6 view, there should be a "PS5 | Street Fighter 6 >" button - press that button
- You should be taken to a view with multiple versions of SF6. Scroll down to your Deluxe/Ultimate edition (should say "Purchased"), and select that version
- Once you selected it, press the "Play on Console" button"
If that doesn't work, others say they have found success with another trick. Just find something free on the store, and hit download. Then, cancel the download, and you should then have access to the pre-order/deluxe edition bonuses you purchased.
Of course, this doesn't address the actual issue that's affecting PSN right now, but it does seem to be an effective workaround. If it's working for Street Fighter 6 players, it should hopefully work for Diablo 4 as well - at least until PlayStation fixes whatever is causing this bug. Right now, it doesn't seem that any other platforms are affected, so you should be fine if you picked the game up on PC or Xbox instead.
