Once you acquire Tomizawa in Chapter 3, you will notice that a bunch of Walk And Talk events appear on the map. However, some of the Walk And Talks that appear will be inaccessible, as they are located in areas that are restricted in Chapter 3. Additionally, there are Walk And Talk events that will only appear in Chapter 4. As of Chapter 4, you will be able to complete every Walk And Talk and fill out Tomizawa's Bond Bingo sheet.

Every event located in the Cultural District, as an example, is surrounded by very tough foes.
