By completing the Cat Among Pigeons quest, you will be able to access the Clock Studios Theme Park and explore it. How To Access Clock Studios Theme Park
You can unlock the Clock Studios Theme Park by completing Cat Among Pigeons and defeating the final boss.
First, Enter The Maze
In order to fully access the rest of the Theme Park, you will need to find all the puzzle pieces in the maze and return them to the painting on the walkway.
You can access the maze by taking the furthest walkways which lead down to it.
