Tighnari released alongside Sumeru as Genshin Impact's first five-star Dendro character. Despite being a Standard character, though, Tighnari is an extremely potent on-field DPS, partially due to just how strong Dendro and specifically the Spread reaction is. 8 The Stringless
Elemental Mastery And Increased Burst Damage
The Stringless has been one of Genshin Impact's best four-star bows since it first came out, being the best-in-slot for pretty much any unit that needs Elemental Mastery. It's one of the only four-star bows that grant such a high EM stat, and paired with its passive, it's generally good for any character who utilizes transformative reactions.
Unfortunately, the passive doesn't buff Tighnari's Charged Shots, only affecting his Burst damage. Still, with just the Elemental Mastery alone and the added damage on his Elemental Burst, The Stringless's DPS falls just a bit short of Slingshot's.
7 Slingshot
A Better Option Than Almost Any Four-Star Bow
Usually, you wouldn't ever want a three-star weapon for your DPS. They have worse stats, lower values of said stats, and rarely are their passives more useful than their four-star counterparts. However, for Tighnari specifically, the Slingshot is not only a good weapon; it's better than most four-star and even certain five-star options.
The reason Slingshot works so well with Tighnari is, first, due to it having a high CRIT Rate. There just aren't many bows with CRIT stats, and the ones that do have it end up being at most as good as the Slingshot, but usually worse.

This doesn't apply to his Elemental Burst, and the weapon does have the lowest ATK of any other option, but its value still outshines many others, making it Tighnari's best F2P weapon.
6 Scion Of The Blazing Sun
The Only Non-Five-Star Bow Better Than Slingshot
Genshin Impact has many strong weapons and characters for you to make use of. However, being a gacha game, most of it is locked behind randomness and chance, making getting any specific weapon quite difficult. However, if you'd rather take things into your own hands, you can choose to buy Genshin's Battle Pass.
Apart from the various resource rewards available, getting the Gnostic Hymn lets you choose one weapon of your choice from a pool of options. Among these, the Scion of the Blazing Sun is the premier bow for any bow character with a focus on their Charged Attacks, buffing their DMG by 28 percent at just the first refinement.
This is already a higher DMG percentage than The First Great Magic, a five-star bow, which is only better due to its higher ATK and CRIT DMG. At higher refinements, the Scion of the Blazing Sun can overtake several five-star weapons.
Scion of the Blazing Sun's passive only works in single-target.
5 Polar Star
Gain Bonus ATK From Using Different Skills
Tighnari is a character with most of his damage tied to his Aimed Shots. However, it isn't as if his Elemental Skill and Burst are useless, with them being important parts of his kit as well. This lets Tighnari fully stack up the Polar Star's passive without much effort, something that can be difficult for other carries.
Polar Star gives increased ATK whenever you use your Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst. Use a single Normal Attack before your rotation to ensure you have full stacks before your Clusterbloom Arrows hit.
Polar Star gives a decent 33 percent CRIT Rate at its highest level. Additionally, it increases the DMG Bonus of your Elemental Skill and Burst by 12 percent. These are nice additions that do help Tighnari, but what makes this weapon so good is its ability to give 48 increased ATK Percent on top of already having CRIT and DMG Bonus built into it. With Tighnari having this 48 ATK percent passive always active, the Polar Star is an extremely strong option for him.
4 Aqua Simulacra
88 Percent CRIT DMG And A Damaging Passive
Aqua Simulacra is the Redhorn Stonethresher of bows. Even if its passive was completely useless, Aqua Simulacra would still provide an 88 percent CRIT DMG, something that's completely unparalleled among bows. However, if this absurd stat line wasn't enough, Yelan's signature bow's increases your damage even more.

Aqua Simulacra is just an immensely good weapon on any bow user, with Tighnari being able to utilize it even more than others due to him not needing much ATK and instead preferring stats like CRIT and DMG Bonus, both of which this weapon gives tons of.
3 The First Great Magic
The More Dendro Teammates, The Stronger
The First Great Magic is Lyney's signature weapon, a strong CRIT DMG statstick that also buffs Charged Attack damage. This makes it a strong option for any DPS who has a special Aimed Shot, such as Lyney, Chasca, and Tighnari as well.
The weapon has another passive, one that is more conditional. First, it increases your ATK by 16 percent. Then, for each party member who has the same Element as the equipping unit, increase ATK by 16 percent for each, counting up to two party members. This isn't a problem on Lyney, who likes being played in Mono-Pyro teams, but Tighnari and his reliance on Electro teammates might struggle to fully stack this passive at times.
You'd almost always want another Dendro character alongside Tighnari to activate Dendro Resonance, and to Battery Tighnari's Energy needs.
Still, 16 percent Charged ATK DMG and 32 percent ATK alongside the high 60 percent CRIT DMG make The First Great Magic one of Tighnari's best weapons, despite him not being able to make full use of the passive.
2 Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage
The Less Dendro Teammates, The Stronger
Chasca's signature bow is almost the complete opposite of Lyney's, yet it somehow functions the same way. It also buffs Charged Attack DMG, but this time, it scales off of how many different Elements are present in your party. This provides a similarly difficult team-building condition to The First Great Magic, but the resulting damage increase is much higher.

This can be anyone from a shielder like Zhongli to a buffer like Bennett. From doing this, the weapon increases the damage of Tighnari's Charged Attack, as well as his Elemental Burst.
