Nagadus Emerald crystal can be acquired by fighting Dendro-related World or Weekly bosses or by taking part in specific limited-time events. You can also convert other crystal types to this one by using some Dust of Azoth. Moreover, you can get Lakelight Lilies in the Erinnyes Forest area of Fontaine, specifically around Loch Urania and Weeping Willow of the Lake.
You can also find various mechanical enemies exclusive to Fontaine all around the region, which will drop the mob drops required for Emilie. Finally, to get her World Boss drops, you'll have to head over to the boss in Nostoi Region called Legatus Golem. This one will require you to spend some of your Resin.
