Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Fans Want Loveless Costumes As Alternate Outfits

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth fans are confused about why most of the Loveless outfits from the Gold Saucer section of the game aren't available as unlockable outfits.
One small but appreciated change that Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth makes from Remake is the introduction of different outfits and costumes for Cloud and the rest of the party to wear. As you progress in the story and visit new locations, the party will occasionally switch up their drip for the occasion, resulting in some great looks for the gang. And yes, that does include the swimsuits.

PostsTo make things even better, a number of these alternate outfits can actually be equipped in the open world once you unlock changing rooms around the map like the one found in Costa del Sol. You'd think that every single costume that you've worn in the story would be unlockable in these changing rooms, but that's not the case at all.
For some strange reason, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth doesn't include many of the outfits that Cloud and the party have worn over the last two games. One example of this is the Wall Street Market dresses for Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith from Remake, but the more baffling missing outfits are ones that you use in an important part of Rebirth - the Loveless costumes.
One of the stand-out sections of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is when the party gets to visit the Gold Saucer, which is where the date scenes take place. It's also where you'll be able to take part in a performance of Loveless, with each character getting a unique costume to go along with their role in the play.
From Cloud's heroic blue cape and armour to Barret's hulking armour, these are some of the best outfits that Rebirth has to offer. For whatever reason, though, you can't wear some of them outside of the Loveless play. So far, only Red XIII and Cait Sith's outfits are unlockable, something that fans are calling to be fixed.
One such fan is Redditor Edgemaster99_, who posted on the Final Fantasy 7 Remake subreddit and pointed out that it's weird they're not useable in the game outside of that brief section for most of the party. It's likely that they'll eventually make it into Rebirth through post-launch updates, but right now it's something that fans are sorely missing.
