Like many cozy farming sims, you'll need to craft all sorts of materials as you progress in Everafter Falls, so you can unlock new tools, crafting stations, and fulfill quests. Several of them can be found pretty easily, like Wood and Stone, but others aren't as obvious.

Black Bricks are one of these materials, and you'll need several of them to make some handy advanced crafting stations and for some upgrades for your farm. If you're in dire need of some, but having trouble finding them, we'll tell you exactly how to make them and get progressing to a bigger and better farm.

How To Make Black Bricks

If you need Black Bricks for a recipe, you'll first need several crafting stations available to you: the Shell Crusher and the Furnance, as well as some Coal, which you can find in some spots around Everafter Falls or randomly in rooms within the Era Rune Dungeon.

Crafting Station

Materials Needed

Shell Crusher

Stone x6, Wood x12, and Black Pipi x1

Furnace

Stone x20, Brick x4, and Rope x2

You can place down an Information Sign and then select it while holding a crafting station to imprint the station on it and give you the ability to see all the recipes made by it when reading the sign.

Next, time to gather some Shells or Sea Stars and make some Bricks. You can find different types of shells and sea stars along the coastal areas of Everafter Falls each day, and each shell type can be crushed into between one and three Bricks, depending on the type of shell.

Place the shells you find in the Shell Crusher by selecting it while holding a shell, and it'll turn it into a Brick within around 45 in-game minutes of time regardless of how many Bricks the shell produces.

You can also occasionally find shells and Starfish by fishing for them alongside other drops like fish, other sea life, and Elfstones.

Once they're finished, grab some Coal and take five Bricks over to your Furnace and put them in. After around 12 hours in-game, you'll have a Black Brick cooked up, and you can use this to make more advanced crafting stations like the Glass Maker or the Fruit and Honey Press.
