One of these items is the Ship's Wheel, which Tiki Sam will part with if you retrieve his masks from Ventureland as part of the Tiki Sam's Masks quest. You'll get the wheel however you handle the quest, but trick Sam, and you'll earn his scorn; play nice, and he'll throw in a discount at his shop.

All Tiki Sam's Mask Locations In Ventureland

Ventureland, along with the subsequent stages of Pirates of the Wasteland, is your next major stop after wrapping up Tomorrow City.

Upon arriving, you'll run into some good-for-nothing pirates and a sobbing Mr. Smee. He'll fill you in on the grim situation: Captain Hook and part of his crew have been turned into monstrousAnimatronics by a machine on Skull Island.

Smee and his mates have taken refuge in this safe zone. However, in the chaos of their retreat, they've, unfortunately, managed to break the only mechanism that unlocks the door with the Projector Screen, preventing your progression out of this area.

The Ship's Wheel is one of the critical parts that Smee needs to fix the contraption, but the pirates have sold it to Tiki Sam. You'll find Sam inside his small hut, conveniently located next to Smee. Speak to Tiki Sam, and he'll agree to hand over the Ship's Wheel, but only if you can track down his three Tiki Masks scattered outside.

Tiki Mask # 1

This Tiki Mask is on the balcony of the tree house behind Mr. Smee. Use Paint to create the thinned-out platforms, and you'll reach the tree house.

Tiki Mask # 2

The second Tiki Mask is atop the thinned-out clock tower behind Animatronic Daisy. Paint the nearby palm tree so you can reach it with ease.

Tiki Mask # 3

The final Tiki Mask is found on a ledge, which you can access through the rotating water wheel.

What To Do With Tiki Sam's Masks

After collecting the Tiki Masks, your next step is to return them to Tiki Sam. However, here's where things get a bit tricky. Returning all three masks at once completes the quest, and you'll receive the Ship's Wheel as your reward. But if you return only one or two masks at a time, Sam will stash them in his storeroom and wait for you to find the rest.

Here's where a little mischief can come into play.

If you return a single mask and then sneak into the storeroom (by thinning the backside of his shop), you can steal the mask back. Now, with one mask in hand, you can find another outside, making it appear to Sam that you have three masks when, in reality, you'll really have only two.

Unaware of your trickery, he'll praise you for your efforts, thinking you brought him three masks and hand over the Ship's Wheel, even though one mask is still out in the wild.

Both methods will complete Tiki Sam's Mask quest, and afterward, he'll offer a discount at his shop once you clear the Pirates of the Wasteland.

However, if you return two masks, steal them back, and then retrieve a third, it'll seem to Sam that you've acquired an extra one, and he'll catch onto your mischief. While he'll still give you the Ship's Wheel, he won't be happy about it. You'll also fail the quest, and miss out on the future discount, which would have let you purchase Concept Arts for cheap.
