Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed - History Of Colonel Pete Quest Walkthrough

During your time playing Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, you will encounter numerous puzzles and platforming challenges in each region you visit, alongside various quests you can complete along the way. In each area Mickey explores, he will have the opportunity to meet familiar characters, many of whom will ask for his help in completing their quests.

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed - Shut Down The Valves Quest Walkthrough

If you want to get past the Tomorrow City Lagoon area, you'll have to shut down at least four valves in Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed.

Many of these quests are unique in their own ways, and some may even have different outcomes depending on how you complete them. For instance, Pete has multiple quests that you can undertake for him, and the History of Colonel Pete is one of them.

How To Start The History Of Colonel Pete Quest

After you complete the Pirates of the Wasteland region and defeat Hook, Mickey will return to the Mean Street hub area.

Here, he can go and speak with Big Bad Pete in his house located in the southwest of the area.

During the interaction with Pete, he will mention that he needs Mickey's help to recover some film reels for him from Lonesome Manor.

Where To Find Colonel Pete Film Reels

Shortly after your interaction with Pete, you will be able to fix the Projector Screen to travel to Bog Easy as part of the main story.

Once you arrive in the Bog Easy region, progress through the first part until you reach the area called the Manor House, where you'll be able to retrieve the item Pete requested.

At the beginning of this area, you’ll see the manor from a distance. Make your way there by taking the path to the left and climbing up the rocks ahead.

Once Mickey reaches the entrance, you’ll notice four white pillars holding up the balcony. Use Thinner on them to remove the support, then jump onto the bases of the pillars to reach the balcony.

At the top of the balcony, head to the left and use Thinner again on the window, but be cautious of the enemy waiting for you. Once inside, you’ll find Neville trapped at the rear of the room.

Use your spinning attack to free him, and after the cutscene, you will gain access to a new tool called the Anil Pin.

This tool can be used on the round platform to the right of the entrance to open the door to the manor and gain access inside.

After you interact with the Projector Screen, you will need to complete the side-scrolling level before reaching the inside of the manor itself.

Now that you are inside, you will see a wooden wall in front of you just beneath the door you need to reach. Use Thinner on it, and you'll find the Colonel Pete Film Reels.

Now, all Mickey has to do is head back to Mean Street and visit Pete to give him the reels and complete the quest.
