This quest can be found in the Mean Street area, and you'll get a small hint about the key's location with it. However, its location can be missed quite easily even though it will be right in front of your eyes for the most part.

How To Get Casey's Key Quest

If you're quite early in the game and are looking for this quest, you'll first have to progress to the Mean Street area and get the gears required to power the main machine here. Once the machine is powered, the Gremlin will ask you to get a few power sparks so that it can repair the first projector screen to Ostown.

As soon as this part of the quest starts, you can visit the Emporium and talk to Casey there. He'll tell you about his lost key and where you might find it. You can technically find the key before even getting this quest.

Where To Find Casey's Key

To get Casey's key, you'll first have to make your way to the ice cream parlor, which can be found on the same side of the road as the Emporium deeper into Mean Street. The parlor will be connected to two streets, and you have to follow the one on the left, which leads to an alleyway and not the projectors on the other side.

As you get on this street, you'll quickly notice a manhole cover that you can thin out. Thinning this out will reveal the key inside that you can take to Casey to get your power spark. Keep in mind that you should paint the cover again if you want to keep your guardian situation the same.
