Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Infestation Part 3 Quest Walkthrough

Where To Find The Night Mite Queen
After progressing through the first two parts in the questline, you can check in with Timon for the next steps. He leads you to the portal to the Dark Castle in the Plaza. The last of the Night Mites are just through there, within the castle–including the queen!
Jump through the portal and talk to Timon inside, then enter the Dark Castle. You'll need to clear out all five nests and ten Night Mites within the castle. If you have trouble reaching them, remove the Night Thorns in your way!
There are up to three Night Mites in each section of the castle and at least one nest.
Once you've got them all, regroup with Timon at the top of the castle. He's found the Night Mite Queen's Nest, but you can't get past the glowing rocks on your own.
Head over to the barrel by the balcony and pick up the Dark Pickaxe Upgrade. Use it in your inventory, then smash through the rocks and break the queen's nest.
Catch the three mites that erupt from the broken nest, along with the queen, to fully clear out the castle. Return to Timon, then head back through the portal to Dreamlight Valley.
This is as far as you can progress until you complete The Infestation Finale with Merlin!
After the feast of bugs, you can speak with Timon to complete the quest and unlock the Jungle Couture Gown as Timon's newest best friend!
