One of these events that can occur is called a Doomsayer Event, which involves tracking down a prophet of hell somewhere in the Helltide region. These side activities provide a bit of additional loot, but they can be tricky to find and complete. Below, we'll take a look at everything you need to know about Doomsayer Events.

How To Find Doomsayer Events

Doomsayer Events have a random chance of occurring in the active Helltide region. Unfortunately, there's no good way to track when or where you can find Doomsayers. The best "method" simply involves getting on your horse and wandering around the Helltide region until you come across a Doomsayer.

These NPCs are found kneeling on the ground with hellish glyphs around them, and they have a speech bubble above their head. This makes them fairly easy to spot, but again, it's random whether they'll even appear at all.

If the Confront Doomsayers Tree of Whispers event is active, this means that there are guaranteed to be at least a few Doomsayers in the Helltide zone. Keep searching for them and don't give up!

How To Complete Doomsayer Events

Luckily, when you do manage to find a Doomsayer Event, they are relatively easy to complete. Simply interact with the Doomsayer and one of several events will occur, but ultimately they all boil down to kill whatever enemy appears. Interacting with the Doomsayer will cause one of the following to happen.

• The Doomsayer summons a Treasure Goblin. Hunt it down to complete the event.
• The Doomsayer summons an Elite and group of enemies. Kill these demons to complete the event.
• The Doomsayer fails the ritual and dies, exploding in loot and instantly completing the event.

No matter the outcome, you won't have to work too hard to complete these events once you've located them.
