Where in the Tower is Archie? Let's go find them.

The second week has Archie exploring the Cosmodrome, the birthplace of most Guardians. This short guide will explain how to start this quest and reveal all of Archie's locations within the Cosmodrome. If you played the original Destiny, prepare to visit some familiar areas.

Where In The Cosmodrome Is Archie?

Archie went on yet another expedition this week, but they decided that the Tower wasn't enough for them. Speaking to Ada in the Tower, you quickly learn that Archie has left to visit the Cosmodrome, so you'll need to visit the birthplace of your Guardian to find everyone's favorite robot dog.

This week's quest is a little more vague than the Tower questline, but fans of the original Destiny shouldn't have too much trouble finding Archie. You'll find Archie in the following locations:

  • The loot cave in Skywatch.
  • The communication terminals inside Terrestrial Complex.
  • Rasputin's Bunker in The Grottos.
  • Dock 13.

A Cave Full Of Loot Location

Close

The "cave full of loot" is none other than the loot cave in Skywatch. It's located a short distance west from the Skywatch spawn point. It's also the loot cave you see in the Grasp of Avarice dungeon. Head inside and interact with Archie's paw prints to uncover his next location.

Re-Established Communication Location

The communication hub the quest is speaking of is Terrestrial Complex, the building that connects Skywatch and the Forgotten Shore. From Skywatch, enter the building on the eastern edge of the patrol space. Follow the linear path, and you should find the paw prints next to a series of monitors. It's the same location you defend in the original Destiny campaign.

Old Bunker Door Location

Close

The old bunker Archie went to is none other than the Fallen S.A.B.E.R. bunker in The Grottos. You can reach this destination by traveling to the southeast corner of The Forgotten Shore. Follow the path on your Sparrow, and you should reach The Grottos after traveling through a short tunnel. Drop down to the shore when you can, and you'll find the bunker entrance guarded by a familiar Fallen Vandal.

Archie's Ship Location

Close

It appears that Archie has been taken to Dock 13 in the Cosmodrome. Fast travel to The Steppes on the southern end of the map. When you spawn, immediately turn around and follow the path. You'll enter Dock 13 after a short walk. It appears that none other than Randal the Vandal has taken Archie hostage. Eliminate the Fallen inside to free Archie. Randal is invulnerable and will run away once most of the Fallen are slain, likely to appear in a future week.

Once you're done, pet Archie and head back to the Tower. Speak with Ada-1 about the incident, and she'll give you the latest gift from Archie: a tin foil hat. This concludes the second Archie quest of the season, awarding you ten Trophies of Bravery for your trouble.
