Danganronpa V3 introduces you to another quirky cast of characters that have been thrown into a killing game. Just like in previous games, all the characters are made to be lovable, and by putting in a bit of time with each of them, you can really flesh them out.

To do this though, you will need to take advantage of your free time events and gather presents to give to your classmates. There are over a hundred presents in the game, though, so it can be hard to figure out which items to give out.

Where To Get Presents
There are two ways to get presents in Danganronpa V3; the first is by going to the school's first floor and using the MonoMono Machine. This machine works similarly to the gift machines in the first two games. Keep in mind that the MonoMon Machine is random, so presents aren't guaranteed.
After you reach chapter two, the casino will open up, giving you a second way to obtain presents. You will need to win casino games in order to get exclusive presents from the shop.
Some presents can only be obtained through the story. It's also important to remember that, due to the nature of the game, you will likely need to do multiple playthroughs.
Some important gifts can be given to other characters to unlock new cutscenes. These gifts will be obvious to you, and when given, will prompt additional dialogue.
Presents in the game are assigned numbers; this is the easiest way to identify which item goes best with which characters and avoid story spoilers. Below, you can find every character, as well as gifts they like.
