Unearth all 60 fossils. Fossil Nodes, which can be processed into fossils at the Laboratory, are dropped randomly when tilling soil, clearing trash on the ocean floor, and by breaking rocks. You'll end up finding the same Fossil Nodes if you rely too much on one method, so remember to mix things up from time to time.

Complete bug collection
Catch all 53 bugs. The bugs you can catch depend only on the season. Mastering the Catching Skill will allow you to craft traps and reduce energy spent on swinging your net.
Fishing Mania
Complete fish collection
Catch all 69 fish. The fish you catch depends on the time of day, season, and location. Be sure to catch every fish within a season before the season's end.
Marine Observer
Complete sea critter collection
Catch all 45 sea critters. Just like bugs, different sea critters are caught depending on the season and are caught using a net. Sea critters are found on the ocean floor, be sure to bring a scythe to clear any trash in your way.

Complete museum collection
Donate all 345 items to the museum. Vintage Artifacts don't have their own specific trophy/achievement for obtaining all of them.
Darkest Cavern
Clear all the mine gates
Clear the 4 mine gates. You start in the Earth mine, then move on to the next mine after reaching the 40th floor.
You can craft ropes to instantly descend one floor in the mines.
Healing the Ocean
Heal all sick coral
Activate every solar orb from 10m to 60m on the ocean floor.
Upgrade your scythe whenever you can to speed up the process. Be sure to bring some food along whenever you go diving.
Healing the World
Restore the temple
Complete at least 20 bundles of offerings for the Temple Altars. There are 4 altars, each with six bundles that require five offerings to be completed.
Gulliver's Voyage
Gain access to the Giant's village
Complete the Mythical Dream Quest, then head to the mines. An NPC here will ask you to wake up the Earth Giant, who can be found on level 40 of the Earth mine. The day after waking up the giant, you'll be given access to the Giant's Village.
Undersea Mystery
Gain access to Merfolk Kingdom
Clear trash and activate all the solar orbs leading up to the Merfolk Kingdom. At the gates of the kingdom, you'll also need to solve a short puzzle.
