Gotta rank 'em all!
PostsAs Pokemon grew in popularity, the number of games being developed for each console increased drastically, and the addition of virtual consoles made it easier to play classic titles from the past. Over the years, there have been plenty of Pokemon games, but which console has the most?
We are not including casual apps like Pokemon Home or Pokemon Sleep on this list. Free-to-play titles like Pokemon Cafe and Pokemon Quest will count.
Which Console Has The Most Pokemon Games?
Since the Game Boy, every Nintendo console has received at least one Pokemon game, but the total amount each unit received depended on variables like popularity and development costs. Somehow, there have been 135 Pokemon games over the years, but some are no longer available due to the closure of digital storefronts like the eShop, while others have just been discontinued.
We will only be including games you can actively purchase today, so lost gems like Pokemon Rumble U and My Pokemon Ranch will not be listed.
