Season One of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has officially begun, bringing in many new Maps, Modes, and goodies to unlock via the new Battle Pass, giving players who've been grinding away at the game since launch something new to chew on.

Season One Battle Pass Overview
The Season One Battle Pass follows the same formula as what you're likely familiar with from the previous installment, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, offering Free, Paid, and BlackCell Tiers within it, giving extra bonuses to those who want to drop more money on the game's Battle Pass. It's crucial to note that all the New Weapons introduced in Season One can be earned through the Free Tier of the Battle Pass.

How To Obtain Battle Pass XP
Lastly, let's cover how to quickly carve your way through the Season One Battle Pass of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Aside from purchasing Tier Skips or the BlackCell Bundle, there are some methods you can use to accumulate lots of Battle Pass XP to get the New Weapons and some of the other goodies, all for free!
Firstly, if you have any Double Battle Pass XP Tokens, we suggest popping them whenever you're about to sit down for a long session of Multiplayer, Warzone, or Zombies. If not, that's fine. You will just have to put in a bit more effort to accumulate more Battle Pass XP!
Next, keep your eye out for the 'In-Season' Maps and Modes that will periodically rotate in and out from the Multiplayer, Warzone, and Zombies Playlists, as they will almost always offer more Experience when playing them.
Finally, the Holiday Season is upon us, which typically means Double - or, in some cases, Triple - XP events will be popping off for extended weekends, sometimes even entire weeks, enabling you to accrue tons of XP by simply playing any mode you wish. Use this to your advantage to quickly complete your Battle Pass, or at least get the New Weapons!
Santa's Slayground Limited Event
Speaking on earning Battle Pass XP quickly and efficiently, the new Santa's Slayground Event is live for the holidays, giving us access to unique rewards and Double XP. Making it a tremendous way to grind for Level XP, Weapon XP, and - of course - Battle Pass XP.
Not only are new challenges available across the game's Multiplayer, Warzone, and Zombies modes, but there are now new holiday-themed playlists that will help you rake in the XP. You can find a comprehensive look at all the holiday playlists in the table below!
