Included in the Sky high Smash event in Monopoly Go today is a new emoji of Peg-E celebrating a sweet achievement with rainbow confetti, but only if you’re in the top ten when the tournament ends at 2PM EST on July 16. Either way, there’s tons of cash and stickers to earn!

How To Play Sky High Smash (July 15-16)

Though we don't even have a full 24 hours on this next Monopoly Go tournament event, Sky High Smash is a brief one that still offers plenty of cool prizes to grab as we transition between major events. Lots of extra dice rolls to grab in this one!

Hope you've gotten acquainted with the railroads over the last few tournaments, because you'll once again need to land on Railroad tiles to earn points in Sky High Smash. The points break down as follows:

  • Shutdown attempts are always most common on Railroad tiles, and successful attempts yield four points, while unsuccessful attempts offer slightly fewer, with two points.
  • Meanwhile, Bank Heists are the more lucrative Railroad tile mini-game, offering far more cash and points than Shutdowns.
    • Small Heists net you four points in addition to your cash.
    • Large or bigger Heists reward you with six points.
    • Having the honor of Bankrupting your opponent is the best way to earn points in Sky High Smash, offering eight points.

The tournament points in Monopoly Go are always impacted by the dice roll multiplier you used to land on the Railroad tile. Your points are multiplied by your dice roll multiplier, meaning the higher your roll to land on the Railroad space, the more points you'll earn for it.

We have some pretty cool prizes on the line today, especially now that Ice Cream Partners has ended, and we're not dedicating any of the 25 tournament milestones to bringing in some frozen treat tokens. That means we get more prizes of other kinds, like extra dice rolls, daily boost events, bonus sticker packs, and tons of cash in rewards.

Included in Sky High Smash, though, is also a new emoji - a Peg-E robot firing confetti from its hand and cheering gleefully. This adorable new emoji is available only for the top ten players on every board, and since you're playing against 49 other players, you'll need to put in some work, and fast!
