When will Ranked Play come back in Warzone? Season 3 BR Ranked Play date

Call of Duty: Warzone players know Verdansk is where heroes were made and stories were forged, but the legends will grow ever-larger now thanks to Ranked Play coming to the OG map.
Recommended VideosRanked Battle Royale did not exist the last time Warzone had Verdansk, so this is the first time that the competitive ladder mode will be available on the classic map that took the world by storm when Warzone launched in 2020.
In Warzone‘s Battle Royale Ranked Play, certain weapons and equipment are restricted, players gain score by picking up eliminations and placing high along with winning games, and is a different-feeling experience than normal games. CoD players are understandably hyped about Ranked in Verdansk, but it’s currently M.I.A.
Here’s everything there is to know about Warzone’s Ranked Play coming to Verdansk.
Where is Ranked Play in Warzone?

Activision, along with Warzone developer Raven Software, has confirmed that Ranked Play will be coming back to Warzone and to Verdansk for the first time at a later date, supporting teams of three in the mode similar to Black Ops 6’s Ranked Play featuring skill divisions, skill rating, unlockable rewards, and a lot more.
But first, the mode needs to make its debut on Verdansk so 50 trios can all drop in and try to take the top spot and rank up all along the way, so there’s a little bit of downtime for Ranked Play in battle royale before it returns like Gandalf shining like a white beacon on a hill.
When is Ranked Play coming back in Warzone?
Image via ActivisionWarzone Ranked Play in Verdansk will be coming back in Season Three Reloaded on May 1, Activision confirmed. The new season will go live around 11am CT on that day, but and Ranked Play will either be available at that same time or shortly after.
“The mode that never quite made it to Verdansk, Battle Royale Ranked Play is back in a big, big way at mid-season!” Activision said. “Squad up in your preferred Trio and ensure your dominance over 49 other teams as 150-player Ranked Play hits Call of Duty: Warzone’s first Battle Royale map!”
Until Season Three Reloaded arrives, it’s time to enjoy Verdansk in solos, duos, trios, and quads, or even mess around for fun in the Battle Royale Casual mode, but use your time wisely to get ready for ranked at the beginning of May.
Alongside Ranked Play’s return, Verdansk is also getting an update at the Train Station. The POI will now be open, and a train inside will leave and begin traveling around the map in every game. The train will have special loot and contracts on board, so drop there at your own risk.
