How to unlock the Operation Downpour Simulation Event in Genshin Impact

The first task is to go to Romaritime Harbor at the start of Fontaine and speak with Turenna. She will then ask you to take part in the new war game that she and Enghiene have developed, which is, of course, part of the Operation Downpour Simulation Event.

You’ll have to be at least Adventure Rank 20+ and must have completed the Archon Quest Prologue – Act 3.
