How to begin the Stalking Supper event in Monster Hunter Wilds

You will find the Stalking Supper event in the Quest Counter menu by speaking with Alma at any camp. You can accept the quest if your Hunter Rank is nine or above. If you’re yet to reach that level, check out our guide about increasing your Hunter Rank quickly.

Once you begin the event, you must hunt down the Quematrice. The following section contains more information about how to defeat this monster.

  • There are three critical areas to target to bring down the Quematrice. Ideally, the Tail is the most manageable area to target, but you should also focus on its Neck and Head. These three areas yield the best results when you break them down.
  • This monster is heavily susceptible to Water elemental damage.
  • The Quematrice’s special attacks inflict Fireblight, so keeping Nulberry with you will be beneficial.

While targeting the beast’s tail is still recommended, you should be careful, as it can stun you and also inflict Fireblight. Always track the tail and its movements, which will help you avoid any incoming damage.

The Stalking Supper event isn’t any ordinary Quematrice hunt, and there are certain requirements.

  • Hunter Rank: Nine or higher
  • Difficulty: 4 stars
  • Players: Up to 4
  • Time limit: 50 minutes
  • Failure Conditions: Time expires, or you reach three faints
  • Weather: Nighttime
  • Region: Wayward Plains
