To finish the Wanted: Baron quests, you need to complete six unique quests around the island. There’s quite a lot you need to get done so you can progress the main storyline, so here’s a full breakdown of how to finish every quest in this series.

Investigate Lonewolf Lair for clues in Fortnite

To get started, head to Lonewolf Lair to learn more about the situation. This location can be found near the northwest end of the island, just west of Brutal Boxcars. It’s the Baron’s mansion, and it’s pretty massive, so get to work searching around the area to locate the clues.

Once you’re at this location, look for the diamond exclamation mark icons to pinpoint the clue locations. You need to find a total of three clues throughout the mansion, including a stack of paper, a crate of bars in the back of the vault, and a small golden mask on the wall right outside the vault.

Purchase a Legendary or better item from a Black Market in Fortnite

Visit one of the three Black Markets around the map to find a Legendary or better item you can purchase. This includes Legendary, Mythic, and Exotic items, so you’ve got plenty of options to choose from.

Keep in mind that some items are always present and others rotate each map. Here’s a breakdown of all the items you can purchase for this task.

Eliminate Baron’s Alpha Heavy henchmen to collect orders in Fortnite

Take down three of the Baron’s Alpha Heavy henchmen to progress. You can find them around Forecast Towers or have them spawn in while you’re working on a heist.

Baron’s Alpha Heavy henchmen are not the same as the regular henchmen you can find wandering around the map. Instead, these are the boss henchmen who wield shotguns, wear red, and have both a health and a shield bar. They spawn randomly at vaults, but there’s always one at Forecast Towers once you’re decently far into a match, so they’re a bit easier to find through this method.

When you do manage to take down one of the Baron’s Alpha Heavy henchmen, they’ll drop an item. It’s a stack of paper with some important information on it, so collect it to finish this task.

Rob the Armored Train or an Armored Transport

To rob the Armored Train or Armored Transport, you need to find either type of vehicle by searching for the truck and train icons on your map. Your next steps look slightly different depending on which type of transport you’re robbing.

  • To rob the Armored Train, make sure you have some Thermite and get on the roof. Destroy the turrets on top of the train, then throw your Thermite at the vault door on the roof. Eliminate the enemy NPCs who spawn, then jump down into the train to claim your rewards.
  • To rob an Armored Transport, eliminate the driver and passenger in the vehicle. Once they’re gone, throw Thermite at the back of the Armored Transport to start a heist. Eliminate the enemies that spawn and break the orange pieces on the back of this vehicle to break in.

Investigate the Mask Workshop in Fortnite

You can find and investigate the Mask Workshop at Masked Meadows. It’s hidden right under the Mask Shop near the north end of this area. It’s easy to locate since there’s strange purple smoke surrounding the building. You need to find three clues around this area to complete the task.

  • The first clue is inside the Mask Shop on the main floor. It’s a glowing spot right by the staircase.
  • The second and third clues are down in the hidden Mask Workshop. The second one is a glowing spot by the machine, and the third one is another glowing spot on top of some crates.

Follow the smoke down below to find the hidden Mask Workshop in the sewers. This is not the same sewer system as the one where Scorpion and his First Blood Medallion can appear, so make sure you enter from beneath the Mask Shop to enter this separate section of the sewer.

Report discoveries to Midas in Fortnite

Now that you know more about the situation, you need to meet up with Midas to share your findings. You can find him stationed at the Rogue Repairs Black Market situated slightly west of the colorful flower fields. He’s in the backroom that you can unlock using an Outlaw Keycard. There’s also an Outlaw Flusher nearby if you need to spend some gold bars at one for a weekly quest.
