Crossword-Guru

Crossword Guru is a swipe word search. Every level hides a list of words in a grid of letters, and you drag across the letters in any straight line to find them.

Start with a 4x4 grid and three words. Work up through 3,000 levels to 10x10 grids and lists of up to seventeen words. Early levels only hide words across and down. Later levels add diagonals and reversed words until all eight directions are in play. There is no timer to beat and no way to lose a level. The clock only decides how many stars and bonus points you earn.

Every day brings one shared 12x12 puzzle. Everyone in the world gets the same grid, so the daily leaderboard compares solve times fairly. Finish it to extend your streak and see your rank, the fastest time and the average.

Points come from the letters you find. Longer words score more, quick finds multiply the score, bigger grids multiply it again, and finishing under the target time adds a completion bonus. The bonus orb on screen shows your live multiplier from Lightning down to Normal.

Stuck on a word? Hints are free and unlimited. A hint lights up one letter of a word you have not found yet.

Play with friends. Search by username, send requests, and compare levels, points and stars. Share a score card from your profile. The global leaderboard ranks every player by total points, and each level shows where your time stands among everyone who solved it.

Your progress follows your account. Sign in with Apple, Google or email and continue on any phone or tablet.
