This tactic proves particularly effective in Extreme Rules and Falls Count Anywhere match types. Below, we’ve outlined the necessary steps to execute a finishing move through the announcer’s desk in WWE 2K25.

Executing a Standing Finisher Through the Announcer’s Desk

Although it’s permissible to put your opponent through the announcer’s table in a standard match, it’s wiser to choose no-count-out match types like Falls Count Anywhere to eliminate the risk of disqualification. Here’s how to perform a standing finisher using the announcer’s desk:

• Ensure your WWE Superstar has at least one finisher stored.
• Grab your opponent using B/Circle and perform an Irish Whip to send them outside the ring.
• Clear the announcer’s desk by pressing LB/L1.
• Position yourself in front of your opponent and grab them with B/Circle.
• Use LB/L1 to walk them to the announcer’s table, positioning them against it.
• Flick the right joystick upward to place them atop the announcer’s desk.
• Climb onto the desk by pressing LB/L1.

Be cautious not to press the X/Square button at this stage; doing so will hit your opponent’s head onto the desk rather than properly positioning them.

• Finally, execute your finisher by pressing RT/R2 + A/X to send them crashing through the table.

• Flick the right joystick up to get them on the table.
• Quickly return to the ring and climb the turnbuckle while holding L2/LT.
• Execute your finisher from the top rope by pressing RT/R2 + A/X.
