Wuthering Waves Morph Painting Puzzle Solution and Restoration Guide

Rinascita is a treasure trove filled with intriguing puzzles, including the captivating Morph Paintings. Embedded within certain quests, these puzzles come in two distinct categories: Overflowing Palettes and simple restoration tasks. While the Morph Painting Restoration puzzles are relatively straightforward, they offer valuable rewards such as Astrites as you journey through Wuthering Waves.

This guide provides an overview of how to engage with these puzzles, where they are located, and essential tips for solving them effectively.

Restoring Morph Paintings in Wuthering Waves

The key to restoring Morph Paintings lies in identifying the correct paintings and placing them on their corresponding pedestals. To achieve this, read the descriptions on the pedestals, locate the correct portraits, and then use your Levitator utility to position the painting correctly. Typically, the game will shift to the Levitator tool automatically; however, you can manually select it by pressing the Tab key or D-Pad Left.

Currently, the game contains two Morph Paintings associated with the Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise and Trials of Old quests.

Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise Morph Painting Puzzle

As you embark on the Shadows of the Past questline in Wuthering Waves, you’ll explore the majestic towers of Thorncrown, specifically at Thessaleo Falls. Among these ancient structures, Resounding Rise features a Morph Painting puzzle. Follow these steps, using the central painting as a guide:

• Swap the paintings located in the front-left and back-right positions.
• Retrieve the painting positioned behind the left pedestals and place it on the back-left pedestal.
• Lastly, take the painting situated behind the chairs on the right and place it on the front-right pedestal.

Upon successfully completing this puzzle, a treasure chest will reveal itself, allowing you to continue with the overall quest.

Trials of Old Morph Painting Puzzle

The Trials of Old quest challenges players to complete four unique trials near Porto-Veno Castle, located in the eastern region of Thessaleo Fells. In this section, you will confront another Morph Painting puzzle, known as the Trial of Wisdom. Here, the goal is to arrange the paintings on the correct pedestals, narrating a story visually from left to right. The accompanying image provides a reference for the solution.

A practical tip for determining the correct placement? Observe the painting frame: it will illuminate once the right Morph Painting is positioned correctly. This visual cue will help you navigate the puzzle with ease.
