Understanding Dress to Impress Style Showdown Mode for Better Gameplay
The captivating world of fashion on Roblox has a new reigning champion: Dress to Impress (DTI).This platform not only offers a vast array of exclusive outfit options but also features engaging quests that reward players with unique clothing items. Now, with the introduction of the highly anticipated competitive mode, Style Showdown, players are in for an even more thrilling experience. Read on to discover what this exciting new mode entails.
What is Style Showdown in Dress to Impress?
Style Showdown marks the competitive facet of Dress to Impress. To jump in, simply navigate to the Style Showdown tab and team up with nine other players. The stylish nail expert Lana serves as the host for this vibrant battle, where only the most fashionable will prevail.
Your core mission in Style Showdown is to survive through all the rounds. Each round, players are required to vote for the top three outfits, and as eliminations occur, the number of voters decreases. The contestant receiving the least votes faces elimination.
In instances of tied votes, host Lana will select a contestant randomly for elimination. Additionally, competitors must engage in a head-to-head Pose Sync battle against fellow players to secure their place in the game.

You can acquire a special game pass named ‘Immunity‘ for 249 Robux. Winning rounds in Style Showdown earns you Style Stars, while failing to vote for enough outfits can cost you these valuable points. Notably, these Style Stars are distinct from ranking points earned through standard gameplay.
The Grand Finale is particularly thrilling: contestants you previously eliminated will cast their votes for the top three players, and the highest-voted player will be crowned the winner. Adding to the excitement, there are a total of 8 new challenges waiting to be tackled in this competitive arena of Dress to Impress.
Challenges in Style Showdown
Simply having fashionable nails or striking poses won’t cut it in the face of these challenges. Below are the hurdles you’ll encounter during the DTI Style Showdown:
- Random Item: One random item remains equipped until the end of the round.
- Limited Items: You’ll be restricted to using set items chosen by the DTI RNG.
- Item Lock: Certain items will be locked for the duration of the round.
- Immunity Idol: Safeguards you from elimination, regardless of the voting outcome.
- Double Elimination: Two players get eliminated simultaneously.
- Vote Reveal: Host Lana discloses every player’s voting choices for that round.
- Pose Sync: This dance-off-like challenge requires players to synchronize poses descending from above. It’s all about timing!
- Speed Round: Tackle the theme with a time constraint, requiring quick thinking and styling.
Rewards in Style Showdown
As with any competitive mode, rewards await the victors of Style Showdown. Players who manage to secure a win will be rewarded with an exclusive set that includes a dazzling headdress and a striking black costume.
This isn’t the first time DTI has provided incentives within the game; players can also redeem various Dress to Impress codes for exciting free items. Developers have announced that three rewards from seven newly introduced items will also be available within the competition.
