The announcement was made via the game’s official social media channels, which also revealed a 5-star character named Camellya. Both Lumi and Camellya are slated for release in the upcoming patch. Leak information suggests that Lumi will be part of the second-half banner, anticipated to launch during the second week of December.

Featured as a navigator for Lollo Logistics, Lumi originates from Huanglong. Her vibrant personality pairs well with her impressive punctuality. Visually, she stands out with her distinct design, boasting round ears akin to a hamster’s, and a tail tipped with what appears to be a lightbulb.

While Camellya has already made her entrance into Wuthering Waves, Lumi has yet to be introduced, with her first appearance confirmed for version 1.4. This article will explore Lumi’s potential release date within the game.

What is the potential release schedule for Lumi in Wuthering Waves?

Per leaks shared on X by WuWa_Universe, Lumi’s release in Wuthering Waves 1.4 is expected during the latter half of the update, which is rumored to begin in the second week of December.

While an official release schedule for the various phases of the patch is yet to be revealed, following past patterns, the second half of version 1.4 could go live on December 9, 2024. However, these details should be taken with caution as they remain speculative.

Once Kuro Games hosts a livestream for Wuthering Waves 1.4, more definitive information regarding Lumi’s release date will be provided.

If the leaks about Lumi’s timing are accurate, she will debut as a 4-Star Resonator alongside Yinlin, and will share the banner with other 4-Star Resonators such as Baizhi and Yuanwu. Although Lumi’s classification as a 4-Star is confirmed, her weapon type and attributes are still uncertain.
