Solving the Laboratory Periodic Table Puzzle in Blue Prince

Inside the laboratory, there’s a wall-mounted table that resembles a periodic table. However, instead of element symbols, you’ll notice several squares filled with numbers. While it’s recognizable as the periodic table, remember that the puzzles in Blue Prince require in-game solutions; simply looking up the elemental table won’t suffice.

Alongside, there’s another table that mirrors the periodic structure, yet some elements differ from standard tables found online. The key to solving the puzzle lies in correlating the numbers from this secondary table to their corresponding letters in numerical order. By doing this, a hidden message will emerge, guiding you further in the game.

Implementing the Periodic Table Puzzle Solution

After deciphering the periodic table puzzle in Blue Prince, it’s essential to know its application. You will implement this solution on the machine located within the Laboratory; however, this action is contingent upon powering the room first. To achieve this, draft the Boiler Room adjacent to the Laboratory—ideally, one room immediately to the left, right, or directly in front. While wiring can stretch a couple of rooms, it complicates matters significantly.

Once the Boiler Room is activated, ensure that you adjust the switch situated under the power terminal to direct the energy flow towards the Laboratory. You can now return to the Laboratory and engage with the machine. According to the puzzle instructions, start by elevating the nine lever, followed by the three lever.

Completing this sequence will unlock one of the four permanent upgrades available in Blue Prince, thereby providing access to one of the computers that was previously off-limits. To utilize this upgrade, remember that you will need to know the computer’s password.

Blue Prince was officially released on April 10, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam for PC.
