Players can engage with these virtual footballers through a variety of game modes, with Ultimate Team being one of the most sought-after. In this mode, participants can gather player cards from both current and former professional athletes to create their dream team and compete against others.
Nevertheless, certain players from both active and retired categories lack an Ultimate Team card in this year’s release of EA FC. In this article, we will examine these absent players.

Initially a Free Agent in Career Mode—probably the reason for his missing Ultimate Team card—he is now included in the roster of Olympique Marseille. Similarly, Memphis Depay and Joselu are also without Ultimate Team cards due to their in-game Free Agent status.
Additionally, the seasoned Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny also lacks an Ultimate Team card, likely attributed to his brief retirement from professional football. However, it should be noted that Szczesny has come out of retirement to sign with FC Barcelona, filling in after first-choice goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen sustained an injury during a La Liga match against Villarreal.
