Yu Sahara, director of the Fox Hunt mode, acknowledged the strong desire among fans for the revival of Metal Gear Online. While he values their passion, Sahara explained that Konami’s new direction is a response to the evolving landscape of multiplayer gaming since the original MGO’s inception.
Though specifics about the gameplay are still under wraps, Sahara hinted that Fox Hunt will enhance the franchise’s classic stealth mechanics. By integrating elements of hide-and-seek, the mode promises to elevate the traditional gameplay experience to new heights.
