How to Obtain the Tunnel in the Cliffs Map in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
To find the map for the Tunnel in the Cliffs, start by fast traveling to Apollonia, located to the east of Troskowitz. Upon arrival, immediately turn left, and then right, following the path ahead.
When you reach the end of the path, make a left and venture northeast into the forest. You’ll soon notice a path ascending the hill marked by two rock formations to your side.Proceed upwards, take a right, and a notification will pop up in the upper right corner, indicating that you’ve discovered the Tunnel in the Cliffs. Continue left to enter the small tunnel, where you will find a skeleton with a map etched into the wall for your examination.
Before embarking on your treasure hunting journey, be sure to collect the following items near the skeleton:
- Dagger
- Kettle Hat
- Enhanced Piercing Bolt
- Piercing Bolt
If you take a left at the uphill path instead of proceeding right towards the tunnel, you can uncover additional skeletons that lead to the treasure linked to Hired Hand Ventza’s map.

To continue your quest, call your horse and take the road leading north of Apollonia. Follow this path until you reach a shrine where the route diverges.Choose the northern road, which proceeds deeper into the forest until you find a left-hand turn.
Once you reach the spot indicated on the map shown above, dismount and head west. As you progress, you’ll enter a small ditch—keep moving forward and turn left at the end of the path to discover a storage box along with a bag waiting to be looted.
For the storage box, you’ll need to successfully complete the medium-level lockpicking challenge. Afterward, you can loot both the chest and the bag for these substantial rewards:
- Composite Kettle Hat
- Mail Coif
- Gambeson Short
- Saxon Hauberk
- Costers
- Leather Gloves
- Strong Buck’s Blood
- Strong Embrocation x2
- 49.8 Groschen
- Armourer’s Kit x5
- Blacksmith’s Kit x2
