InZOI: A Comprehensive Guide on How to Relocate Your Home

In the vibrant world of InZOI, players can select from an array of homes for their families, ranging from cozy apartments to sprawling multistory houses. However, it’s common for your Zoi family to find themselves restricted by budgetary limitations, making it challenging to secure their desired location immediately.

With perseverance, strategic gameplay, and, if necessary, the use of cheats, players can eventually accumulate the funds needed to relocate their Zoi family. Whether moving just a block away or across the city, the power of choice lies in your hands.

It is essential to be aware of certain restrictions and options available when considering a move for your Zoi household. Let’s delve into the details of relocating your family.

Relocating Your Zoi Household to Its Initial Residence

Upon creating a new family in InZOI, you will be prompted to select their place of residence. The game presently features two unique cities:

• Dowon – A breathtaking metropolitan area inspired by Korea.
• Bliss Bay – A peaceful seaside locale perfect for relaxation.

After making your choice of location, the next step is selecting an appropriate residence for your family. Options range from smaller apartments and vacant lots for construction projects to spacious single-family homes.

Your initial budget may limit you to a modest apartment, depending on your household finances. It’s important to note that, regardless of your chosen residence, living in an already occupied home is not permitted. Should you wish to reside in such a house, you must first evict the current occupants.

Steps to Move Your Zoi Household

To initiate a move for your family in InZOI, start by selecting the household you wish to relocate. Access the city map via your Zoi’s smartphone or by pressing the ‘M’ key on your keyboard.

On the city map, identify a vacant property for your new home. Remember, occupancy restrictions apply, meaning you cannot select a location that is currently inhabited. Instead, focus on available lots, apartments, or houses.

After selecting your desired property, click on the ‘Relocate Here’ option that appears in the menu. A confirmation dialog will pop up; simply click ‘Okay’ to finalize your decision.

While the moving process commences, your family will complete any ongoing tasks such as household duties unless instructed otherwise, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home.

Evicting a Family from an Occupied Residence

If the prospect of someone residing in your dream house is unbearable, you have the option to relocate the existing family. Access the city map once more, select the home in question, and choose the ‘Relocate’ option from the menu in the top-right corner. A series of pins will indicate potential new homes for the current occupants.

Choose a suitable new location and confirm your selection. The family will vacate in a few moments, allowing your Zoi family to move in.

An alternative to relocating is to dismiss the family currently living in the home. You can do this by selecting the ‘Dismiss’ option from the same menu, which removes the family and places them on the family menu.

Bear in mind that choosing to dismiss a family results in losing any relationships your Zoi family may have built with them. Thus, if your Zois have developed friendships, those bonds will dissolve.

Eviction applies to any family on the map except for your active household. To remove your current family, switch to a different one first. Previously dismissed families can still be accessed through the ‘All Families’ menu located at the top left of the city map, which also allows for household transfers.

Is It Possible to Move Zois Between Cities?

As previously noted, InZOI currently features two distinct cities: Dowon and Bliss Bay. Once a family is established in one of these cities, transferring them to the other is not permitted. Thus, families residing in Dowon cannot relocate to Bliss Bay, and vice versa.

Attempting to switch cities will reveal different families in the ‘All Families’ menu, underscoring the unique characteristics of each locale.

Despite the current limitations, future developments may permit additional cities, such as Cahaya, to be introduced. However, as of now, there has been no official announcement regarding the possibility of inter-city relocation for families.
