The Starwish Echoes outfit is classified as a 4-star Sexy-themed outfit, obtainable through tasks rewarded by Kilo the Cadenceborn, who you can find at the Old Florawish Memorial. To reach this location, travel west from Florawish, following the northern path alongside Breezy Meadow. Ascend the hillside until you arrive at the memorial, where Kilo will be situated near the entrance. This area becomes accessible early in your adventure, starting from Chapter 1.

To earn Kilo’s rewards, you must collect Dews of Inspiration, which are available across all regions in Wishfield—excluding Firework Isles. Initially, each reward tier requires 50 Dews of Inspiration (which increases to 60 beyond Rank 24) and grants various prizes, including EXP, Blings, Threads of Purity, Shiny Bubbles, Diamonds, Resonite Crystals, and outfit sketches.

Sketches for the Starwish Echoes outfit become accessible from Rank 17 to Rank 23, with each rank providing one component of the ensemble. Additionally, Rank 24 includes a sketch for Momo’s coordinating Light Veil cloak.
