Disney Dreamlight Valley offers a variety of enchanting characters that players can befriend while revitalizing the valley’s charm. Among these characters is Jack Skellington, the beloved Pumpkin King from *The Nightmare Before Christmas*, who players can unlock through the engaging quest known as Something Comes a Knocking.

This quest requires players to embark on a treasure hunt for four distinct Matryoshka Dolls scattered throughout the expansive landscape of the valley. Given the vastness of the area, locating these dolls can prove to be quite a challenge.

How to Locate Matryoshka Dolls in Disney Dreamlight Valley

As part of the Something Comes a Knocking quest, you will need to track down these Matryoshka Dolls. This friendship quest with Merlin unlocks after completing the Miracles Take Time quest. Players must find a total of four dolls:

• Tiny Bride Doll
• Small Matryoshka Doll
• Medium-Sized Matryoshka Doll
• Big Matryoshka Doll

It’s important to note that the exact locations of these dolls aren’t fixed, meaning they may differ from player to player. However, players have reported that one of the dolls can typically be found in the Plaza, while the other three tend to appear in various biomes across the valley. It’s crucial to understand that these dolls cannot be located in Eternity Isle or Storybook Vale, yet they are identifiable due to their glowing appearance.

• Forest of Valor

• Glade of Trust

• Forgotten Lands

You’ll kick off the quest as soon as you collect the first doll. At this point, you can choose to consult Merlin for guidance or continue exploring for the remaining dolls. Regardless, you’ll need to touch base with him eventually. Once you do, Merlin will share that peculiar occurrences are taking place in the Forgotten Lands and hint at the addition of a new character.

After collecting all four dolls, head over to the Forgotten Lands and locate a tree adorned with a pumpkin carving. The exact placement of this tree is random, but its distinctive carving makes it easy to find. Upon discovery, interact with the tree and systematically insert each doll. This rewarding action will unlock Jack Skellington for you to welcome into the valley. Following this, feel free to take some memorable selfies, set up his home, and speak with him again to successfully complete the quest.
