How to build a simple working plane in LEGO Fortnite
Building a LEGO Fortnite plane is a fun and immersive experience, but it requires all the necessary components. If you have everything you need, the process is smooth and enjoyable. However, if some components are missing, you must participate in activities and utilize the crafting bench to create them. The actual construction of the plane is not difficult, but gathering the required resources and components can be a time-consuming task.
By using the plane, you can efficiently travel through different biomes and save time compared to walking. As a result, gather necessary resources, start crafting, and once you have all the necessary components, follow the steps provided in this guide.
Necessary Supplies for Building a LEGO Fortnite Plane

- Small Car Jack
- Small Dynamic Foundation
- Large Thruster
- 2 Small Thrusters
- Wrench
- Small Driver’s Seat
- 4 Small Balloons
If any of the components are not available, you can create them by following these recipes:
- Small Car Jack: 4 Wooden Rods
- Small Dynamic Foundation: 2 Flexwoods
- Large Thruster: 3 Wooden Rods, 2 Blast Powder, 1 Torch
- 42 Small Thrusters: 1 Wooden Rod, 1 Blast Powder, 1 Torch each
- Wrench: 1 Wooden Rod, 1 Cord
- Small Driver’s Seat: 2 Planks, 2 Granites, 2 Cords
- 4 Small Balloons: 1 Silk Fabric, 1 Torch, 1 Cord each
Instructions for Building a LEGO Fortnite Plane
With these settings, you will be able to control your plane in LEGO Fortnite (Image via YouTube/ Perfect Score)To create the LEGO Fortnite plane, simply follow these steps:
- Begin by opening the Toy menu, navigating to the Vehicles Part category, and selecting the Small Car Jack.
- Go to the General menu and choose the Small Foundation. Place it above the Small Car Jack.
- Navigate to the Controls menu, scroll downwards, and choose the Large Thruster. Position it at the back of the Dynamic Platform.
- Choose the Small Thrusters and place one on the left side and the other on the right.
- Keep the Wrench and select it from the menu, then remove the Small Car Jack.
- Assign the left Thruster to the first channel and the right Thruster to the third channel. Finally, assign the last Thruster to the second channel. Interact with each Thruster individually to complete the assignment.
- Place four balloons on both sides of the Dynamic Platform.
- Lastly, choose the Small Driver’s Seat and position it in the middle of the Dynamic Platform.
Assigning Thrusters to specific channels is vital for achieving balanced control of your plane. With your LEGO Fortnite plane fully assembled, all that’s left to do is hop in the pilot’s seat and explore the different biomes on your journey.
