In addition to treasure chests, players can discover unique hidden achievements by interacting with their surroundings, specifically the Enlightenments and the Fragments of Recollection. Achieving these milestones provides players with Stellar Jades as rewards. Enlightenment Locations in the “Abyss of Fate”Janusopolis
In the “Abyss of Fate”Janusopolis, players can locate a total of four Enlightenments. This part of the game typically becomes accessible early on during the Trailblaze Mission in Amphoreus. Consequently, most Trailblazers will have unlocked this area by now.
One Enlightenment can be conveniently found at the entrance of a complex 3D room, eliminating the need for solving any intricate puzzles. Below is a step-by-step guide to assist players in locating each Enlightenment:
- Oronyx’s Statue: Begin at the Destiny’s Desolation Space Anchor in Janusopolis. Move straight ahead into the 3D room, then take the stairs on the left to reach the second level where this Enlightenment is positioned at the end of the path.
- Worldbearing Titan: Utilize the Silent Shroud Space Anchor outside the 3D room. Head west to the very edge of the road to find this Enlightenment.
- Gate of Infinity: Retrace your steps to the space anchor, then proceed north towards Janus’ Hidden Passage to collect this Enlightenment.
- Talanton’s Scale: Use the Janus’ Hidden Passage to cross to the other side or directly teleport using the Everdream Gate Space Anchor. Once inside the 3D room to the north, players will find this Enlightenment near the entrance.
Collecting all four Enlightenments will grant players the achievement titled I Call Upon Night of Old.
Fragments of Recollection Locations in the “Abyss of Fate”Janusopolis
In this area, players will only find a single Fragment of Recollection. To access it, teleport to the Dreamshroud Mausoleum Space Anchor and walk towards the purple crystal situated within the room. This Fragment presents afterimages featuring a Holy Maiden and a Stonemason. In a gently unfolding narrative, the maiden asks for volcanic glass while discussing the political unrest within the city, even suggesting that she should flee if the situation escalates, as the officials have treated her poorly.
Listening to the poignant tale embedded within the Fragments of Recollection will unlock the hidden achievement Holy Deer’s Death. Furthermore, those reaching the Dreamshroud Mausoleum for the first time after completing the Trailblaze Mission will also receive the Dawn of the Living Dead achievement.
