Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced Edition 3.1: Ray Tracing, FSR, TAA Enhancements and Exciting New Features

Release of Enhanced RealityV Mod for Grand Theft Auto V
The latest iteration of the RealityV mod for Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced Edition has just been released, offering a range of significant improvements alongside features that users may already recognize from the Legacy version. This update marks a notable enhancement in the gaming experience for GTA V enthusiasts.
What’s New in Version 3.1
Version 3.1 introduces several captivating additions, including:
- 8K Milky Way Sky: An upgraded night sky featuring detailed stars reminiscent of the visuals from the Legacy version.
- Enhanced Fidelity Super Resolution (FSR): This upgrade promises a sharper image and more effective edge detection.
- Improved Temporal Anti-Aliasing (TAA): A refined TAA process to minimize ghosting effects.
- Diverse Weather Enhancements: Users can now expect a richer variety of weather with a notable decrease in rain frequency.
- Richer Dusk Colors: Adjustments to sky colors during dusk in clear and sunny conditions.
- Optimized Ray Tracing: This includes enhanced exposure color shifts and improvements in color correction for better ray tracing visuals.
The updated mod, along with screenshots displaying these enhancements, can be accessed via the Patreon page of mod creator BadassBaboon.
Rockstar Games’ Ongoing Updates
Since its initial release earlier this year, Rockstar Games has actively worked on the Enhanced Edition of Grand Theft Auto V. Recent updates have introduced crucial patches, including one released last week that adds two new ray tracing options for PC players. These features provide ray-traced reflections and a second ray bounce for more realistic global illumination effects.
Availability and Compatibility
The Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced Edition is currently accessible on PC, boasting the same enhancements present in the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions. It also includes advanced ray tracing features that elevate the game’s graphical fidelity. For those utilizing older systems, a Legacy version remains available on Steam, allowing users to enjoy the game without the newly integrated ray tracing capabilities.
