Guide to Acquiring Fortnite Boogie Bomb Avatar Decoration for Discord
The launch of Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 2 invites players to revisit nostalgic moments from the game, offering an adventure through iconic locales such as Tilted Towers. Gamers will also find themselves armed with classic weapons that have not appeared in Fortnite for quite some time. This season, fans can look forward to a bounty of cosmetic rewards, including one of the highlights—an exclusive Discord Avatar Decoration representing the classic Boogie Bomb.
In this guide, we’ll explore how to unlock the beloved Boogie Bomb Avatar on Discord by completing a simple quest.
How to Accept the Fortnite OG Season 2 Quest on Discord
To obtain the Boogie Bomb Avatar for your Discord profile, players must initially accept the Fortnite OG S2 Quest on Discord. This quest may appear directly above your user profile in the lower left corner upon launching Discord. For those who do not see it, follow these steps to accept the quest:
- Access the Discover Tab located next to your user profile.
- Select the Quests option.
- Find the Fortnite OG S2 Quest and click “Accept Quest.”
- Choose the platform you will use to complete the quest.
This quest can be accepted on both Desktop and Console platforms. However, mobile players will not have access to it. Upon acceptance, participants can proceed to fulfill the Fortnite OG S2 Quest requirements to earn their reward.
How to Claim the Boogie Bomb Avatar Decoration
After accepting the Fortnite OG S2 Quest, players must play Fortnite OG for a total of 15 minutes in order to unlock the Boogie Bomb Avatar Decoration. Notably, players can track their progress in any Fortnite mode, and even hanging out in the lobby will count toward the time requirement!
After successfully playing Fortnite for 15 minutes, players can claim the Boogie Bomb Avatar Decoration by returning to the Fortnite OG S2 Quest in Discord and clicking “Claim Reward.” After claiming, players will have the option to immediately use the Avatar by selecting “Use Now, ” which will integrate the Boogie Bomb decoration into their profile.
It’s important to note that the Fortnite OG S2 Quest will be accessible on Discord until February 7, 2025. Furthermore, the Boogie Bomb Avatar will only be available for free for a maximum of two months following its unlock date. Should players wish to keep this decoration permanently after the two-month window, they will need to purchase it from the Discord Shop.
