New Outfits from War of the Visions Available in Final Fantasy XIV

Players of Final Fantasy XIV can now explore a new set of outfits inspired by the characters of War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Inspired by the game’s protagonists, King Mont Leonis and Machérie, the Queen of Hourne, these unique attires are available for purchase in the FFXIV Online Store.

The King of Leonis Attire

The first offering is the King of Leonis Attire, designed to reflect Mont Leonis’s regal style after he ascended to the throne. Below, you can admire this distinguished outfit:

Pricing and Features

Each of these exquisite outfits retails for $18.00 on the FFXIV Online Store. The King of Leonis set consists of four pieces: body, hands, legs, and feet, while the Queen of Hourne attire includes three pieces: body, legs, and feet.

Multifunctional and Inclusive

Both outfits offer dual-channel dye options and are non-genderlocked, making them accessible for all character types. Moreover, there’s no headgear included, so players of Viera and Hrothgar can enjoy the outfits without compromising their character aesthetics.

Previous Collaborations

This introduction builds on a series of exciting collaborations for FFXIV, such as the Final Fantasy XV crossover that gave players access to Noctis’s iconic Regalia car and outfit. Additionally, Final Fantasy XVI allowed players to acquire a Torgal wolf minion and Clive’s attire for free. However, this new event is exclusive to the FFXIV Online Store and does not extend into the gameplay lore as prior collaborations did.

Upcoming Collaboration Events

Looking forward, War of the Visions will host a rerun of its collaboration event with FFXIV from December 23, 2024, in the Japanese version of the mobile game, and from January 7 to January 28, 2025, on Global servers. This announcement was made during the recent Live Letter from the Producer broadcast, alongside other upcoming collaborations, such as the Flibustier Paris bracelets inspired by Grand Company logos.

Where to Play

Final Fantasy XIV is available on PC, Mac, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms. The latest update, Patch 7.1, was released on November 12, 2024. Meanwhile, War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius can be enjoyed on Android and iOS devices.
