To finish Health Care Privacy Part 5 in Escape from Tarkov, you must achieve the following objectives:
- Identify the drop-off location during nighttime in the Factory map.
- Collect three “Kite” packs of Gunpowder and place them at the designated drop location within Factory.

The breach-able door in the office area (Image via Battlestate Games)Fortunately, the drop-off spot also serves as the stash location, meaning you won’t need to traverse the map to plant the Gunpowder packs once you’ve found the drop site. Upon spawning in Factory, make your way to the office section. Ascend to the third floor; if you take the skybridge to the office area, you will directly arrive on the third floor without needing further ascent.
Once inside the office area, approach the second door from the skybridge side, which will prompt a breach option as you get close. Kick the door open to complete the first part of the quest.

A Plant Prompt will appear; hold down your interact button until the planting is completed, and repeat this process for the remaining two Gunpowder packs. Be sure to access your inventory after planting each pack as the prompt won’t reappear until you do.
Once all three “Kite” Gunpowder packs have been planted, proceed to extract from the raid to finalize the quest and earn your rewards.
Remember to equip night vision goggles since this task must be completed during the night.
To obtain the Gunpowder packs, purchasing them from the flea market is the quickest method. Alternatively, if you prefer to search for them, check Technical supply boxes located across various maps. Areas like Shoreline, Reserve, and Ground Zero typically contain a good number of these boxes, making it easier to find the packs.
