To successfully finish the “You’ve Got Mail”mission in Escape from Tarkov, you must achieve the following objectives:
- Find and retrieve the registered mail at the post office located within Streets of Tarkov.
- Deliver the registered letter to Prapor.
Finding the Registered Letter on Streets of Tarkov

You can find this post office directly across from the Pinewood Hotel. An alternative route would be entering through the playground from the Chek 15 building. Since the letter is located indoors, you will need to enter the post office to search for it.
There are four distinct spots where the letter may spawn. Below is a detailed list of these locations:
First Location
The letter spawns in between the two boxes (Image via Battlestate Games)Your first search should be in the storage area, specifically near the water jugs, tucked between some boxes. Check the lower shelf of a metal rack for the letter.
Second Location
The second spawn is on the bottom right part of the shelf (Image via Battlestate Games)After entering the post office, navigate to the counter where you’ll find the second spawn on the shelf’s bottom right. This shelf will be visible as you approach from the storage room.
Third Location

Fourth Location

Once you’ve successfully obtained the letter, extract from the area and deliver it to Prapor to complete the mission.
