Recently, an exciting Honkai: Star Rail leak has surfaced, revealing insights about two highly anticipated characters, Hyacine and Cipher. The game’s release strategy typically includes the introduction of two new five-star characters with each update cycle, providing players with fresh opportunities to expand their rosters during banner events.

As of now, version 3.1 of Honkai: Star Rail features two characters: Tribbie, currently available, and Mydei, set to launch in the second phase on March 19. Despite version 3.1 not yet reaching its midpoint, information about version 3.3 is already circulating, generating buzz among players.

According to Luna, a reputable source within the Honkai: Star Rail community, the forthcoming update will introduce two five-star characters—Hyacine and Cipher. Notably, Hyacine, categorized as a Wind character, is likely to follow the Path of Remembrance introduced in recent updates. This implies that her abilities may involve summoning, a hallmark of Remembrance characters. Additionally, she is expected to function as a “Burning HP Healer”with a strong focus on speed capabilities (SPD).

The second character, Cipher, is expected to embody the Quantum Nihility class. Her skill set is anticipated to center around applying debilitating effects on opponents, with her damage potential scaling significantly with CRIT Damage.

Honkai: Star Rail: Detailed Insights on Hyacine and Cipher

Both Hyacine and Cipher hold significant places within the lore of Honkai: Star Rail. Hyacine appears as a non-playable character (NPC) in the Eternal Holy City of Okhema and is identified as a Chrysos Heir. This elite group consists of characters descended from a lineage marked by golden blood, born after the Titans of the Eternal Land’s fall. Furthermore, Hyacine serves as the head nurse at the Twilight Courtyard and supports education for Nousporists at the Grove of Epiphany, a major hub on Amphoreus.

In contrast, Cipher has not yet made a visual appearance in the game but is referenced within its narrative. Like Hyacine, she is a Chrysos Heir and possesses the Coreflame of Trickery. Unlike her counterpart, however, Cipher opted to forsake her noble duties within Okhema to pursue a life filled with mischief and cunning.
