Although this may seem counterproductive—especially given how advantageous positive relationships are—securing a sparse yet vital bond is crucial for reaping the excellent rewards that follow.

One effective strategy to foster a negative relationship involves consistently opting for the “blue”dialogue responses during interactions, thus depleting the relationship meter. An example would be encouraging the Leper and Runaway characters to engage in blue choices frequently during encounters. The Ancient Adversary can appear in either Kingdoms or Confessions modes.
